How to book
Planning an event can feel like a daunting task with lots of things to think about. However, that’s what we are here to help with.
The first thing we need to know is a few dates for when you would like to hold your event. Once we know this we can check availability and find you the best date for your event. That’s when we will put that date on a provisional hold for two week. There is no obligation on you at this point but it will help us establish your charter rate.
After we have the provisional hold in place it is time to start looking at the finer details. It only has to be a rough idea at this point but it will certainly help us understand what you are hoping to achieve.
There are two main departure points. These are the Windsor Leisure Center and Riverside Gardens in Maidenhead. Other options are available.
How many people
We do not need the final number of guests until two weeks before your departure. At this time, it is simply to help with your quote. Don’t forget to send your invites.

Specialising in contemporary heart food, our head chef has created menus all your guests will be left impressed with. Be it canapés, a picnic style tea or formal wedding breakfast our chef is dedicated to helping create your perfect day.
We know every event is unique. So we have a wide range of drinks packages available. From welcome drinks on arrival, to all-inclusive bars, there’s a package to accommodate your budget!
Lots can be done with the simplest of budgets and would love to talk though your theme.
Come and take a look at our vessel. You can experience the space and get a feel for your event. This will also give us the chance to talk though the detail. We do also offer tastings of our menus upon special request which start from £200 for two guests. We would love to include this for free, however, this helps keep our charter and menu prices down.
It’s not always easy to know exactly what you need, but we start with a quote in order to help you budget for your event. We are happy to give you a few quotes with different options. These can be very useful if your dealing with a committee or reporting ideas back to managers.
During the booking process a function sheet shall be put together for you. This will include all the details of your event and your expected final number of guests on the day.
14 days pier to your event the function sheet shall be required to be signed off by you to confirm your requirements. This shall be used to produce your final invoice which is required to be paid within 7 days. We shall do our best to make any changes after the 14 days, however this cannot be guaranteed. Any increase in cost shall be required to be paid before additional requirements will be confirmed.
Full payment is required 7 days in advance
On the day
Our team will deliver the agreed function sheet and will be there to insure plain sailing all the way. It is important to remember that safety must come first. Your safety is our team’s primary concern. This is why we like to get everything agreed and we don’t have changes on the day.
